At the Big Sky Motel, we believe small ideas can grow into something big when we nurture them as a community. Sprout Together is our way of helping those ideas take root — with $7,500 set aside each year for local projects that brighten Roundup and Musselshell County.

The program is simple: anyone can apply, anytime. No red tape, no waiting — just neighbors supporting neighbors, growing good things together under the Big Sky.

And when we say anyone, we mean it. You don’t need to be part of a nonprofit or official group to apply. Individuals, families, teachers, students, neighbors, local clubs, small businesses, and community groups are all welcome. If you’ve got an idea that makes Roundup better, we want to hear it.

Sprout Together is especially excited to support projects that:

• Beautify and strengthen community spaces — murals, gardens, signage, or gathering spots.

• Support kids and families — school supplies, youth programs, after-school activities.

• Strengthen youth athletics and extracurriculars — team equipment, music and arts programs, field trips, or club activities.

• Celebrate local culture and connection — events, workshops, or projects that bring people together.

• Encourage creativity and growth — new ideas that make Roundup more welcoming, safe, and full of life.

From a few hundred dollars for supplies to a few thousand for something larger, we’re here to help local dreams sprout.
